At BWH Consulting, I believe that technology should tilt the playing field in an organization’s favor. It does not mean they can afford to be lazy, but technology can give an organization the advantage they need to outrun all competitors. Zebras who can fly will never be caught by Lions who can't get off the ground.

I work with a retailer’s IT department to establish a sound development environment that is focused on meeting business needs through a technical platform that encourages both internal and external collaboration.

Technology Developers

I work with technology developers to create better solutions that directly address business requirements. From my store operations experience, I bring a practical perspective to new technology that helps the developer assess the market potential for new applications. With extensive application development experience (I remember when "MVC" was a Basic Assembler Language instruction) I have a clear understanding of the SDLC. I understand what it takes to make a technical project successful and why they most often fail. I also help developers recognize new uses for existing technology and establish credibility with retail customers.
